The Homebound Ministry needs volunteers to bring communion to parishioners that are unable to attend mass. Commitment is 1 Sunday a month for 2 hours after mass. The 5th Annual “Autumn Eve” Dinner Dance is fast approaching. This
wonderful event will be held at the Wilshire Country Club in Los
Angeles on November 10th and benefits the spiritual and physical
edification of our Church and School. The Gala will feature a Live
and Silent Auction, Live Band with Dancing, Raffle, and a great
opportunity to meet new friends.

We offer many opportunities to become a part of this great
fundraiser:
* Purchase a ticket for the actual event [donation: $100].
* Volunteer your time at the night of the event or help sell raffle
tickets.
* Donate a valuable auction item for the event.

We will have a mandatory workshop for you on Monday, July 30th from
7:00 to 8:30 p.m
. in the Parish Hall. Dan Schwala from St.Monica’s Church
will break-open the important ministry of Hospitality.

Los Angeles Regional Foodbank provides food to a network of more than 1,000 charities in Los Angeles County, which provide food for $350,000 people each week.
With your efforts we can rescue over 200,000 pounds of nutritious food each week. Help us help those in need and make a difference in the Los Angeles County.
Volunteers Needed for the following Saturdays:  June 9, 23, 30,  July 14, 28, August 11, 25.

International Festival

Come join the school and parish of Christ the King for a family friendly weekend of games, food, music and dance.

We are looking for parishioners to get involved in this important event that brings the school and the parish together. Parishioners can get involved by:

  • Volunteer your time (2 hours) to help in a food or game booth or help decorate.
  • Providing gifts for the Loteria
  • Donating food for Sunday’s International Food Fair
  • Provide a donation to offset the cost of the live music
  • Volunteer as a Chair for the dessert booth or the USA booth.
